New to the forum and have been reading a few of the posts.Some good info on here.Try and get to the gym at least 5 days a week.31 and living in New Zealand
Im 5.11" and around 230lb but have not long just started to get back into the gym and am carrying too much fat.Around a year and a half ago i was in pretty good shape but let myself go a little.Im not a body builder i just enjoy going down the gym and lifting some.I work in construction.Im not moving a great deal at the moment just trying to keep motivated but benching around 250 max.Would really like to get the fat off me and cut up a lot
