gain strength???????

How long does it take for you to gain strength .Can you do it on the same day or do you have to wait till the next.Just wondering .If I done my max strength on just 1 rep set .Could I go back later and do better on the same day .Add weight I mean.

When bad guys try to hurt me. I go from normal to Hulk in approx 2 minutes. So yes, you can get stronger the same day.

Keep a workout journal. Workout in the 8-12 rep range. Every workout you should be either be going up in weights or reps. Basic Weider principle....progression.

Maybe. There are a lot of variables involved.

However for the purposes of training this wouldn't be a wise thing to do.
