Hello! I've been browsing here for a while and figure it's time to make an account. Tons of great info on here and I'd like to thank everyone.
Im almost 31. 5'6" 160 and around 20% bf. 8 months ago I was 195 pounds and 30-32% body fat. I've been lifting and meal planning. I had blood work done and my free test levels are a little below average. The doctor said he wouldn't do anything for me, so kinda sucks. my long term goal is to maintain 160-165 10-12% body fat.
