First time member just want to say hi. Also I've been working out for years i am 38 and looking for more motivation I workout 4-5 days a week usually around 6am. It's getting harder to put in the right work being a parent and working.
I'm 5'8" 195lbs around 17% bf was much leaner 2 years ago.

Welcome to UG. Getting that training in with a kid usually requires a commitment from both parents.

You can do it this! Plenty of parents here do it so you're among friend. Some guys and gals are doing it a very high level.
