Hello,

Im 30 and I'm from Romania but living in the UK currently. Going to the gym 4-5 times a week and am happy to be on this forum and learn from the more experienced members as well as share my journey.

I started training in December 2016 when I was a big fatboy that could barely move and breath that spent years in front of his PC with his belly and fat bulging all over his pants and shirts. I was ashamed with myself and hated my life and started the change. Been dieting hard back then and was going to the gym 3 times a week doing circuits with a trainer and later on I started a 4 day split. Now I am bulking and going for a 4-5 day split.
