No not at all. I’m a powerlifter too so I’m very interested to see what you did during your training. Can you provide a typical training week, with exercises, reps, sets, and weight? Always eager to learn.I see you want to catch me in something for some reason and that's fine everyone earns their spot etc. I just joined because I wanted read . Never anykind of specific lifter if I've given you that impression I apologize. Someone or I stated my best lifts. I've been all over the place I've been lifting steady for 43 years now.
In 1986 my split was as you must know this lol chest tri back bis legs and shoulders off repeat. Nothing was exact but that's pretty close. I have done what I'd call strength programs rather than a perfect power lifting program and they're probably my favorites. Do you train for something specific? What are you running for a program say when you started and then now?
