I see you want to catch me in something for some reason and that's fine everyone earns their spot etc. I just joined because I wanted read . Never anykind of specific lifter if I've given you that impression I apologize. Someone or I stated my best lifts. I've been all over the place I've been lifting steady for 43 years now.
In 1986 my split was as you must know this lol chest tri back bis legs and shoulders off repeat. Nothing was exact but that's pretty close. I have done what I'd call strength programs rather than a perfect power lifting program and they're probably my favorites. Do you train for something specific? What are you running for a program say when you started and then now?
No not at all. I’m a powerlifter too so I’m very interested to see what you did during your training. Can you provide a typical training week, with exercises, reps, sets, and weight? Always eager to learn.

Me too I was serious when I said I learn most every day good or bad. Well now when trying to increase my lifts remember I'm 57 lol I'll I'll lower my exercise sets and reps but increase weight.

For bench I'll go heavy weight low reps on front delts lats tris. Squats I'll use all the variations except front because I just don't like them. Deads same thing heavy hams good mornings lats traps.

Anything overlaps I eliminate ie heavy lats only once a week because they cover deads bench and squats. I know this is a mess as is my brain. It works for me but there's definitely better progrms including yours. Where are you at rate in your training? If I ever ask something inappropriate pal I'm sure you'll tell me to fuck off and please do.

In all seriousness, I'd like to see what a person taking nearly 4g per week of steroids looks like. I imagine anyone taking that much gear must be a monster, right? 🤔
Go check out his youtube channel. I believe he's around 260lbs right now. He looks good.

All I was doing was trying to find out what the 2,400 mg of test and 1,200 mg of Deca did for you. Like what weights you could train with. What was the Risk vs Return on that crazy cycle.

Sorry ok. Nothing crazy because I wasn't well trained but crazy gains from where I was. Reped 405 for the first time reped 315 on bench for the first time didn't deadlift back then. Isolations all went up. It was a waste of a one of many cycles. I met a Mr Florida while living there in 88 and he helped me alot. Lowered the dosages and gave me a real eating and lifting plan. Only bad thing he taught me was bridging which we call cruising today lol.

Even then he ate at exact times. His program was nothing special basically your 3 4 5 exercises per bodypart 10 reps were standard but him and the guys he trained with pushed extra reps for pumps etc. It was 3 days on one of but usually twice a day.

He either owned or managed the gym. His cycle was say 1grm 1.5 grm test and 500 or more deca and dbol. But the difference was he'd change his diet lol and he drop the dbol for anvar or winstrol which I had no idea what that was.

Before this the other guys I'd ask just said you need to get bigger kid. He was the first guy to explain stuff. I know this sounds elementary but to a hick from backwoods Canada I was on my way to looking like Arnold lol. Most guys at this period were real pricks to nobody's similar to hear lol.

Looking back now he was well structured and consistent compared to alot of guys. Remember there wasn't alot of guys including me who even resembled bodybuilders. Powerlifters were even rarer and way fucking meaner and crazier with cycles. They ate anadrol like bodybuilders ate dbol.

Your welcome. Never got training from him period. We just talked because he trained when I did. I wish he would have trained me lol. If I said I trained with him I didn't and hopefully that corrects it.

I was just at the gym and thought of this conversation lol. There's a IBFF pro who trains here. He's really a nice guy and gives all the kids tips on training diet but never drugs. I've trained with him once or twice over the 3 years he's been here. Those kids will be saying years from now oh I got advice or trained with etc an IFBB pro. You must have similar stories or are one of the guys the kids go to at the gym?

Funny how this shit comes in waves. Chase Irons has been talking about him running 3500mgs test and 800mgs mast, 18iu gh. He is looking big as a house right now so it must be working.
Of course it works brother. A LOT (not all) of what pro bbers/massive dudes preach is bs. Yes a lot have wicked genes but that doesn’t mean guys aren’t pounding grams of gear and telling us peasants not to go above 750mg test or some shit 😆

so youre telling me cbum hasnt been dominating classic physique for 4 years by running 250mg test in his off season and 500mg during prep and never adding in other steroids? why would he say that then?

Why would anyone lie? People do it all the time for their own reasons. I'm not saying cbum is a liar, but I have no more reason to believe his statements one way or the other.
