What are anyone's thoughts on 15mg var daily and pinning .25ml of 200mg/ml equipoise every 3-4 days? Looking for some size gain without bad side effects. I train 5-6 days a week.

What does your husband/ trainer think about it? I think the EQ protocol is a safe bet. you can even go to 50mgs once a week if you don't want to pin every 3 to 4 days. You can drop the var down to 10 and start from there and see how things progress.

You haven't really been lifting very long IIRC. You sure you don't want to make some more growth happen on your own?

Just me but you can go light on the Var and work up. Start with 10mg/day. You may see enough out of that to be happy. Is this your first cycle? Any ideas on some low dose test?

I've been doing 10mg/day for a while now with some good results but want and need more size. Planning on doing a show in the spring. Training at least 5 days a week. I lift heavy, not girly weights, with high intensity the way its supposed to be done. Thought upping the var to 15mg/day and adding equipoise would give me what I am looking for. I also take very low dose test for HRT to keep my hot flashes away. Looking for input on this and possibly any other cycles that might work.

Well. Adding the eq just might do it for you in terms of adding the extra size.

why nit use a little more cyp and 30mg-50mg of var a day or 20mg of T-bol instead of the var

If I may ask, so that I get an idea on the "size" you are looking for....what type of show are you looking at?
