Will Winstrol and or anavar act as estrogen blockers and help ward off some side effects while taking testosterone?

Ok, at this point you need to read about steroid profiles.

You also need to read the sticky's here. I doubt that anyone here is going to hold your hand to answer questions this basic. You seem clueless...

Did anyone say No? lol Post up a cycle and the gang will help you out. There's some ballpark numbers on what you'll need to start with an AI but blood work is the say-all end-all.

Now who left BSP's cage open again? :32 (18):

Yes on the bloodwork. Establish your baseline Test, LH, e2, etc.

As for your initial question, no, of course, but both are DHT-derivatives and will not convert to estrogen.
Test and similar-based compounds partially convert to DHT and estrogen, or at least a small percentage of the compounds convert. This happens normally, but increasing the amount of test increases how much estrogen is produced, and that's when things can go south.

Now go read.
