Well, as of the last day of September 2017, I am now under 300 lbs. The scale said 299 lbs, and I couldn't be more excited.

I have attained three milestones in the last 9 months.

#1: I reached over a 100 lbs loss.

#2: I was able to fit nicely into my 15 year old leather jacket (glad I held on to it).

#3: I got under 300 lbs.

Last December 2016 I was 420 lbs. I am now 299 lbs. That's a 121 lbs loss in 9 months. 6 of those months I have used weight training to help me give me that edge.

I track my calories thru my app, I still consume 1,800 to 2,000 calories daily.

Goal weight: 250 lbs.

I am so thrilled to be under 300 lbs. Finally!!!

Yes, you're right. In many ways, it already has slowed down a lot.

Thank you :)
