    Take in fewer calories than you expend.
    What happens in "the real world" is much more important than what occurs in isolated, scientific trials when trying to make a "real world" application.

    try a cal deficit with clean ass foods, throw in some cardio and then when ur down to 15 test p/tren a/mast will work real nice

    this is what i like:
    low test (250mg a week)
    medium tren (3-400 a week)
    higher mast (4-700 a week)

    and if you want to throw in an oral i like var or winny at 50mg (but not at the same time)

    I've gone test 200, tren 400 and some tbol and liked how it went. Got strong at and gave me a pretty cool look

    I don't think you'd get anything at all off of 100 mg / week mast. I believe it has some benefits over 10% bf, although most will probably argue that, but I'd go at least 400 if running it at all.
