That depends buddy. Depends on how long it will take for you to get where you want to be. I don't know where you are now physically. That is a good combo for a lean, hard low bf look. But if your bf is on the high side I wouldn't jump right into that cycle. Just run some test at a moderate dose, run a small deficit, keep your protein high, drop down a few bf % then run that for 12 weeks.

I've got a good amount of muscle on me. But I want to lean up my core . What do you think by a moderate dose? 300 week test?

Are you on trt or are you cycling? You can go up to 500 or even 400. Depends on what you have. 200 mg or 250 per ml. You've got history with test. All my cycles from now on will be low test.

Currently idea is to cycle but I might go to a get dose at the end of my 12 weeks. 458 total test is my nat lvl. I want it higher generally for muscle, bf% and most importantly sex drive. I'd like to lose 30 lbs over the next 6 months and I thought this would be an awesome kickstart

If you wanna lose 30 lbs over 6 months then it would be a great finisher. Say the last 10-12 weeks

Yes would make for a badass finished. Maybe just test and an oral like sd or var for now. Thanks seek.

What bf% or so before his cycle would you say?

Take in fewer calories than you expend.

try a cal deficit with clean ass foods, throw in some cardio and then when ur down to 15 test p/tren a/mast will work real nice

medium tren (3-400 a week)
higher mast (4-700 a week)

and if you want to throw in an oral i like var or winny at 50mg (but not at the same time)

I've gone test 200, tren 400 and some tbol and liked how it went. Got strong at and gave me a pretty cool look

I don't think you'd get anything at all off of 100 mg / week mast. I believe it has some benefits over 10% bf, although most will probably argue that, but I'd go at least 400 if running it at all.
