hell yeah man! where's ur carbs though? my chick just cooked up salmon, chicken and brown rice for the next 2 days then we'll make ground turkey/pasta steak and potatoes for the rest of the week ;)

Doing protein at 200 grams and filling in the rest with carbs and fats. Going 500 below deficit on maintenance for cals.
