Hey everyone haven't been on any boards for a while. I have been a prep coach for the last 10 or so years ranging from the ifbb to first timers. I'm based out of las vegas with clients all across the country and international. Some of the national level and pro clients I've prepped this year. My clients have won over 150 NPC/natural org shows over the past three years and have numerous people each year compete at national shows etc.
