I'm a female looking for a little extra help on gaining more muscles.. I meal prep and train for an hour a day 6 days a week.. I only do about 15 min of cardio about every other day on the elliptical. But needing a little "extra" to help me out. Needing advice I'm 5'6 and 163 pounds.

welcome...how long have you been training? What does your training entail? Whats your diet like? Are you looking at losing weight or just gain more muscle? What do you mean by "extra"?

Just a few things needed to "give you advice" :)

Don't use clen lol currently running it and BP is 185/110 at this moment.. dropping it tomorrow
