If I can say one thing it’s that diet and proper training are key to gains. Eat well, maintain a healthy diet for your goals be it bulking or leaning and maintain your work out schedule. That is more important than any AAS. From there, depending on how you fare, you can consider a cycle, and if it’s your first do your due diligence and be prepared. For first cycles I always recommend a test only cycle. At your age is when test levels usually begin to decline.
On a a side note, everyone in this board will have their own opinions; in the end it’s up to you To decide how you proceed.

I am concentrating on diet and training atm, have done 3 cycles b4,
2 with test only
And one with test and stana
Have had my levels checked recently ,doc said were on the low side of normal for my age.
Looking forward to a more serious cycle when im ready .
