So i just had my comp last week where i came in at 82kg. Had great conditioning which landed me in 4th place but i lacked the size compared to the podium winners. Being classic physique, my weight limit was 92kg so i can afford to put on plenty of quality size and still make weight next comp. So here is my 10 week bulk proposal: (note: this is made up from the leftovers i have kicking around, i may increase and/or extend the deca, funds permitting)
PEDS
Test 600mg weeks 1-10
Deca 300mg weeks 1-10
Ment 50mg eod weeks 1-6
Anadrol 25mg ed weeks 1-6
Halo 10mg ed weeks 1-6
S23 10mg ed weeks 7-8, 20mg weeks 9-11
Humalog 3 times a week
Arimidex 0.5mg ed weeks 1-10
SUPPS
Code red 2 pills weeks 1-10
Arachadonic acid 2 pills weeks 1-10
Mk677 10mg weeks 2-10
Multivitamin 1 pills weeks 1-10
Creatine 2 pills (5g) weeks 1-10
Glutamine 4 pills (4g) weeks 1-10
DIET
Meal 1
Hamburger roll
2 eggs
2 slices bacon
1 hashbrown
750ml dare ice coffee
Meal 2
8 rice cakes
1tbsp peanut butter
50g serious mass
25g whey protien
Meal 3
100g canned tuna
150g pasta
1tbsp mayo
1/4 can of corn
Pre workout
80g honey (only on insulin days)
1 scoop pre workout
Post workout
50g whey protein
25g waxy maize
5g leucine
5g creatine
Meal 4
1 large beef patty
1 hamburger roll
1 slice cheese
1tsp tomato sauce
1 can coke/lemonade
1 snickers ice cream
OR
4 large beef and pork meatballs
150g pasta with sauce
1 can coke/lemonade
1 snickers ice cream
Pre bed
50g serious mass
This food puts me at around 4900cals with 250g protien, 146g fat and 660 carbs.
Any thoughts and advice is much appreciated
