After my bulking cycle I'd like to do a cutting for the first time, mostly to drop bodyfat and remove some of my belly chub. How does this sound?


Test Prop 50mg EOD Skipping Sunday
Anavar 50ED

AM 5 Mile cardio (Run 3, Bike two)

PM 3 Mile Cardio with 30 minutes of heavy lifting

Diet
AM Blended Meal = 2 raw eggs, cup of whey, cup of milk, half banana
Lunch = Salmon / Chicken with broccoli or asparagus
Snack = Banana & or Nature Valley Oats Bar
Dinner Blended Meal = Repeat

Nothing more after 8PM

Would be cutting for three months, how does this sound?

Looks great for a 130lb female bodybuilder who wants a huge clit.

You're doing more cardio than half the board combined.

Eating in a day what Bricks eats before 11am.

And and taking a TRT dose of test.

But, I suppose it could work.

Good way to lose all your new gains ..Believe it or not u have to eat more often to burn fat.. I'm not talking losing weight I'm talking burning fat.I like to do cardio first thing in the am then hit weights after noon and if your a real animal do cardio either after weight or at night again.. The goal is to keep muscle or even make some while shedding fat.

How big are ye? What's yer resistance training look like?

It's not really weight loss if you run or do cardio and your legs fall off.

Unless you weigh 90lbs that is like a toddlers diet and a marathons work out.... it makes no sense to me ��

is there any actual lifting involved in this cutting plan or you just going to cut all your gains and throw them out the window ?

he said 30 mins of "heavy lifting". some serious rethinking needs to go into this plan...

Try it out man, see how it works and report back when or if you've made some progress, then you can adjust as needed. No one on here or anywhere is going to say all that cardio is nessisary. Bodybuilding is trial and error!

My opinion (doesn't mean its true for you) too much cardio, not enough food. What has worked for me is slowly reducing carbs of several months. I increase healthy fats as my carbs and calories decrease to keep me feeling full. Fasting early morning cardio was really the trick. Once a day was plenty. Still lift heavy, need probably more than 30 min tho. Everyone is different but you're here looking for advice, that's the best I got.
