    What age do you feel you were at your peak size conditioning or strength.

    For me strength peak at about age 30- 34. Looking back I was really on my game then. Conditioning best probably age 26-28. Slightly over trained but really hard and super lean. How bout you guys? of course this is a question for guys with
    lots of iron time under the belt.. Thanks, T

    conditioning no doubt my 20's, was a young Marine and could run with the best of them.i could hump all day long with 100+lbs on my back and i mean all day long. these days i feel it a lot more but i can still haul way more than my share. when i go camping or hiking i am always the pack mule and still hang while draggin all the gear! Strength for sure my 30's. im hoping being injury free i can surpass my 30's strength but who knows, im just glad to still be here!!!

    I'd say early-mid 30's, though my knowledge base wasn't where it needed to be.

    I didn't even start until I was in my 30's. Best shape (appearance wise) was about 52-53.

    Late 20's, early 30's I was at my strongest.
