Test 400 Deca 250 first cycle progression opinions

Hi guys just looking for opinions on how I’m progressing so far 1st pics were 3 weeks ago. Any constructive criticism welcome.

how old are you and how long have you been lifting? Assuming this is your first cycle? Deca is not beginners compound.

Why only a trt dose of test?

IMO stop the gear and train natural for a couple years. This ain't booze and pot. You can really fuk your body up. and physically you are no where near where you need to be for a cycle.

I trained 12 years and was 240 before my first cycle in my mid 30s.

All the impressive vets (I'm not included in this) have put in blood, sweat and years before they've added AAS.

If you continue you will find out for yourself that there are no shortcuts.

Hi thanx 4 reply and advice I understand I’ve kinda jumped in the deep end regarding Deca. I’m 33 and trained 12 months I know what your thinking what an idiot lol! I kinda bowed 2 peer pressure but I’m gonna see it through now not planning 2 cycle again but I have done a lot of research and would like 2 think I’ve covered all angles regarding pct and ai’s While on. I just hated what I saw in the mirror pre cycle and admit I’ve jumped the gun! Just want 2 make the most of what I’m doing and wondering if I’m progressing as I should regardless of how stupid I’m being lol!

I'm not gonna hammer ya, everything jin said was on point besides spelling trt wrong (i know, fukkin spellcheck) if you decide to not listen to anyone, up the test to 500, drop the deca and run it 12-13 more weeks. Get ur fukkin diet in order and train like an animal. make sure you are using an ai and have pct on hand. Good luck dude

If i were you, id stop the gear and run a pct. You will not be able to keep much of the gains you have made unless you diet properly

Ok. If your mind is made up please share your full cycle including Ai doses and pct.

I still recommend stopping and cutting your loses and training natural for a while.

Running gear after Only a year of training is absolutely absurd and you are doing yourself a disservice by running gear without knowing how to properly train, sleep and eat. I'm still refining this after more than 15 years of serious training.

But if you're going to do it no matter let's at least make sure you don't screw things is too badly.

You say you're not planning your second cycle but I'll tell you this: with your limited experience and knowledge the gains you see from this cycle won't stay long and you'll want to get them back.

When vets come of they lose a little strength and size but the overall progression is always more or less linear: I'll continue to make gains while off cycle. You won't and you'll run another cycle to make up for that deficiency.

Nobody runs a cycle and calls it quits. Stop while you can.

Thank you 4 advice. Believe it or not but my diet is actually in check I was mega fat b4 lol currently 300+ protein 200g carb 120g fat 4500 calories all clean. It’s just I only really did all this since I started cycle I know I’m an idiot now lol but I genuinely welcome all advice good or bad! So you think I should jus run pct now?

If you do continue drop the deca an increase the test Like Gibbs said

I say roll with it bro! More test, less deca and make the most out of it. You are 33 and obviously old enough to do what you want. Not the best first cycle, but, by far not the worst. You seem to have done some research, keep it up and listen to these guys; if your plan is to stay on. You didnt say anything about bloods, you really need a baseline before going on gear. Should have done a test only cycle to see how your body reacted to just test. Then as you add compounds in the future, you will know how those individual compounds are affecting you..watch the diet and good luck!

Thanx bro and I’m genuinely taking all advice on board I wish I came on here b4 and maybe would of made a more educated move but I’m here now and just wanna make the best of a bad situation!

I misread your title. I thought it read 250 test and 400 deca.

250 deca isn't going to do much in terms of gains but it will shut you down harder than test alone. No matter what you decide to do ditch the deca. It's pointless save for joint health.

You do not need to dose adex daily. .5 eod instead.

You can run hcg from the start. No need to wait unless you don't have enough.

What is your pct schedule and dosing?

I like the word twat. It should be used more.
