Its amazing how time flies. Its been 2 years since ive been in the game. Excited to be back.
Heres my stats. 39, 5’11” , 228 lbs. probably 20% fat on the high side. Hard to guage without calipers.
The last cycle i did was for 14 or 15 weeks, cant remember. All my cycles have always been Test E, Tren E, and Mast E. Im going to be doing something similar again. Since its been 2 years im going to be doing a light cutting cycle for 10weeks.
Test E 400/wk
Tren E 300/wk
Mast E 300/wk
obviously dialing in the diet. Ive really jumped on the shake ban wagon. Mainly for breakfast and lunch. This has really worked for me for cutting. My goal is to get to 200lbs. Getting Back to running as well. Actually looking forward to the running since its the only time i get to my self.
Anyway, glad to be back and look forward to everyones feedback and tips.
