    Stretch

    Hack Squats 1x20 (200 lbs) 1x 18 (350 lbs) 1x15 (400 lbs) 1x12 ( 480 lbs) 1x20 (300 lbs)
    Leg Ext Toes pointed outward (squeeze hold 12 sec) 1x 20 2x15 1x12 1x25 (50 lbs)
    Lying leg curls 1x20 2x 15 1x12 1x10

    Seated Shoulder Press 1x20 (135 lbs) 1x15 (210 lbs) 1x12 (315)
    Bent Over dumbbell raises/ Seated From Dumbbell raises 4 sets Super Sets 75 lbs- 100 lb

    1/2 stair climber
    scale after workout 284 lbs.

    It was a good damn day
