I was a competitive power lifter for many years now after a military back injury i am pursuing bodybuilding. Any knowledge information tips or pointers are always welcome. Im 3 months in and down 40lbs hope to compete in may at 207. Im 36 yrs old a little late in life highly motivated.

Welcome to the board. You have a few years before you pose with the Masters. They have a Masters over 40 and a Masters over 50. Then you have Masters - Spongy and Over. lol JK

Some of those guys are there in the masters are HUGE! And like was said, Novice is always there for you until you take first or second.
