Hey all. Just registered with the forum and wanted to say my hellos.
Used to train long ago, and did some experimenting with moderate results, but might as well consider me a total noob right now.
I've been working with a personal trainer since April, focusing on weight loss and have had some great results. Still, as I get near the end of my first year, and my body fat goal, I am really itching for growing a bit. Nothing too big, just a normal athletic build, if there even is a thing that we can consider "normal".
Will spend a lot of time reading here, but would appreciate it if anybody could direct me towards some good threads. I travel a lot for work, and even though I still train while traveling, I must it into consideration when deciding to go for any enhancements.
In any case, pretty excited about everything.
