Best way to gain mass besides RDLs? I'm more quad dominant right now.

Throw sumos and low bar squats into your routine if you don’t do them already

It's not just the lift you choose it's more about the volume. Just dial up the training volume and be patient.

I do quite a bit of hamstring volume Post squat workout. It has added a lot of beef to my overall leg. It took a long time but over time they grew.

Same for me. I had posterior chain work beaten into my brain so I used to just abuse the **** out of my triceps hams and back.

Which is why I look jacked af from the back and slightly less impressive from the front lol

Glute ham raises, rdl's and leg presses with my feet as high as I can place them on the sled are my go to's.

Single leg kneeling leg curls is my main hammie builder. Was weight through the whole range of motion. Also do stiff leg deads and seated leg curls. Incidently this picture was taken when I tore my hamstring (120 lbs).

Apologies for the sideways picture. Not sure HTF that happens
