Hey everyone I’m new to this forum stuff I’m 5 10” 150 been stuck at this weight for a few years now I thought this was a great looking forum for tips and suggestions on getting past this weight I’m on a 3400 calorie diet I work out 5 days a week any suggestions would be awesome thanks

Usually 2 to 3 hours but Im a logger work 12 to 14 hours a day so it’s hard to get more time in the gym

Welcome. Its basic science, calories in vs calories out. If you arent growing anymore on 3400 calories then increase it until you start gaining weight... I dont grow on 3500 calories anymore so I had to increase.

Thanks I’ll increase a couple hundred calories and read up more in the dieting there’s lot of good info on here wish I found this forum sooner
