    Training natural vs enhanced

When someone becomes enhanced, should training change as far as frequency? Should I give each part a heavy then come back 1 day in between and give a pump session?

    Thoughts? opinions?

Dont tell me "you should already be training hard bluuuuhh"

I'm shaking my head at a guy who says he's been lifting 7 yrs and has competed! You should then have a little more knowledge then these basic questions...no ? Smh

I do. A lot of the founding member would probably agree there's nothing wrong with continuing to ask questions and getting FURTHER opinions. You don't need to be a jerk off about it. And it's been 8 now . I just don't have as much knowledge about the aas side of bodybuilding. But then again this is just a forum we will never know so fckk me right?

Nothing wrong with asking questions my bad. But seems ugbb has bin flood with new lazy ass members wanting to be spoon fed everything. My advice do some research first, then ask if you don't understand something. GL

I heard how you can recover quicker and you can train harder. I didn't see it. For me, what works on, works off

(Works on, works off. Teed that up for ya)

Hard work beats talent when talent doesn’t work hard.

Okay I personally think it’s a great question, and I wondered the same before I went on aas for the first time.

I can only anecdotally tell you that I recover MUCH faster on gear. I am also more aggressive and tend to train harder (yes I train hard when I’m not on - it’s all relative).

Basically for me, so long as I’m PUSHING THE FOOD AND GETTING SLEEP - I can train more frequently when on aas.

NOW here’s the kicker - I have burnt myself out as well. Just like your tendons and joints can take a beating when you’re on and a lot of guys get knee, elbow, shoulder issues because they aren’t progressing like your skeletal muscle (or at the same pace), your CNS is the same way. That’s Central Nervous System...and it is very important for recovery, and I have completely trashed my CNS by pushing the training frequency envelope when on gear.

I personally have a hard time taking days off because I genuinely enjoy every aspect of training, but I’ve found that whether on gear or not, I HAVE to take at least 1-2 days off (on gear) or 2-3 days off (Not on gear).

This is just me - everyone responds differently.
At the intersection of hard work, nutrition, genetics, and gear.
