    Lower back pump?

Never experienced this before. Currently running tren ace @50ed, 250tc/wk.

Felt like both kidneys were going to explode during squats today. Is this lower back pump or something else?

If it is LBP: remedy? Taurine?

    thanks

Sounds like lower back pumps. They are god awful. Taurine and lots of water help mine. I get them pretty bad on tren as well.

Taurine never did shit for me but I get them pretty bad, we'll used to, ever since I first started lifting when I was 15. For me I have to keep my hanstrings, glutes and hips loose and the pumps will stay away for the most part.

Your QL is weak and your hips are tight. Stretch the hips to stop the pump and start strengthening the QL to improve things. Over time if you don't address this you will have major quality of life issues. At one point doing simple shit like leaning over a sink to shave would set it off.
Rest in Peace Robot Lord. First round of Natty Boh is on me when I make it up there with you brother.
