5 weeks of tren, cardio and Spongy

Good post.
Need some info if you don't mind:

1. Any sides from the tren?
2. 80 minutes of cardio? Fukk. Treadmill? What did you do for 80 minutes and what intensity
3. Daily calories?
4. How heavy are you lifting?
5. Who had that beard first, you or gibs?
6. Have you drawn labs or checked BP?

1. Lighter sleeping. I take .8mg xanax and 10mg melatonin. Sleep pretty well on that. Thinning hair. Raging heartburn. Controlled with cvs brand meds.
2. Mostly stationary bike because I was given one. All LISS. 40 after breAkfast at 6:30. 20 warm up pre training. 20 post.
3. 3,400-3,500
4. Not heavy. Not light. Busted out 315 for 8 sets of 10 on squats.
5. Hurt
6. No bloods while on. Daily BP check. I was t 140/75 on trt. I started 15g fish oil a day and my BP has gone DOWN while on tren and fish oil. 130/65.

Great. Now every noob is gonna start tren and cardio, and expect these results in 5 weeks...

I think the most interesting part of that is your bp on fish oil.

I keep telling people. It's gotta be high dose.
4g did nothing. 12g-15g dropped it. I've tried many things to lower my BP on and off cycle and nothing comes close to high dose fish oil.

Also, how tall are you? 6"2 rings a bell but i cant remember

Lookin lean and guns look good. Good Tren. Watson Test for that trt? I wonder how much low intensity cardio helps at all? Ive never done low intensity for that long 80mins 5 days a week. Only high intensity 3-4 days a week for 20mins each. Slower for longer seems much easier but I guess I question what you get out of it for getting leaner.

I've just been taking BBs advice. There is no question that dude knows how to get lean. He says do an hour of LISS a day. I listen.
