I know I drink at least 2ltrs of water a day so its not dehydration. Another thing is I don't feel hungry which is weird. I think if I was starving myself I would feel hungry.

I drink 2-3 liters of water during a workout.

If you're only drinking 2 liters of water a day, you are probably dehydrated.

I did almost 2 gallons and it seemed to help. I looked like a goon toting a 1 gallon jug of water around but it worked.

I went through that same thing. I had a low grade headache almost every day, then a buddy at the gym asked why I don’t drink water the whole time I lift, which led into how much I actually drink per day, which was 5 bottles at 16oz max, sometimes 4.

I doubled that and haven’t had a headache since, plus have more energy the rest of the day.

Looking like a Goon is the reason I lift.

Another follow up here. On 5/15 I sprained my knee pretty bad, I'm at the point now where I can walk without crutches, bought a gym membership so I could get on a stationary bike for rehab/cardio. Set backs are a bitch. I'm 206 now but I'm guessing its mostly muscle loss in my right leg, because of the injury. Cool thing is I got on the bench and put up 225×5. I haven't really benched since high school. In 10th Grade football I was 135 and I could put up 200. I think the school record was 215 for my weight. During my last good stretch of working out I only had access to benching dumbells. Any way I'm hoping to put up 300 by the new year and get down to 185lbs.

This video had 3 Good lifts I never would of thought of for improving my bench. Going to add them to my weekly routine. Since I don't have the post count requirement to post a link.. The title on YouTube is: Get a "MONSTER" Bench Press (3 Moves).

Another update: busted my knee up pretty good in may, I was able to get back on a stationary bike in July. Since then my routine has been 1hr of lifting, 30min on the bike and 15min on abs or bodyweight squats every other day. I'm now down to 205. I gained no weight while I was injured, it fell off when I started again, now starting to plateau. Been the same weight for weeks. I'd like to be 185 by early next spring. Any advice? I imagine the last 20 is harder than the first 30. I won't be able to exercise more than 4 days a week until Jan cause of bow season.
