    Lean bulk cycle

    Hello, what do you think of lean bulk cycle which is a break from cutting weight?
    I was cutting weight for 8 weeks, went down -10kgs, looked nice.
    Now I want to bulk up for few weeks and then cut down again (to the bone, a long cut, striations on glutes are the goal)

    The lean bulk cycle
    50mg test prop e2d
    100-150mg of tren ace e2d
    40mg winstrol oral ed
    insulin rapid acting (novorapid) 3x10 ius daily
    not much AI here to keep the igf-1 as high as possible and estradiol wont go high with 50mg test prop e2d, some dostinex for prolactin for sure



    diet: low fat ~35g, protein ~2.5g per kg of body weight and rest would be carbs

    I always get confused when people say "lean bulk"

    A lot of variables play into it besides the cycle. You mention bulking for a few weeks. This a 3 week cycle?

    This is a lean bulk, not a fat bulk. lol Shouldn't all bulks be on the lean side? IDK... That's kinda like TRT dose for the test. How long are you planning on this? I would do var instead of winny. Why so much slin for that amount of AAS?

    There's so many things wrong with this idea.

    1) you're already dieting and lost 22lbs in 8weeks yet you want to go on a mini bulk instead of just a refeed day or week.

    2) why pin ace and prop e2d. Talk about not keeping stable levels. Even eod kinda sucks for short esters. I'd totally just get slin pins and pin daily.

    3) Idk what type of body type you have but slin isn't the best to stay lean on even on those doses

    4) what exact type of slin do u plan on running?

    E2D is EOD. STABLE levels are overrated.

    This might sound crazy, but i like trt test with high deca for putting on lean size
