What's up everyone, I just wanted to take a minute to introduce myself. Growing up I ways always the skinny guy but I have also always been athletic and started lifting regularly when I was 15 and I am now 30 and practice makes progress.. I have been on gear for about 4 years and I love watching my body/performance progress. I lift, practice Martial Arts and Boxing and I love feeling good about myself. Growing up I struggled with image issues and anxiety, but I have grown out of that; literally. I'm 5'9" 190-195lbs and very lean. I am grateful to now be a member of this forum and look forward to learning all I can. Thanks!
