As was chatting with a urologist recently, and anytime I talk to a doctor I ask what one piece of advice he has that most people don’t know.
He said everybody should be taking cranberry supplements. His reasons were:
- kidney health
- urinary tract
- reduce risk of heart disease
- antioxidants reduce cancer risk
- reduce plaque on teeth/gums
- anti-inflammatory
I was wondering if anyone else knows anything about this stuff or has any experience with it. He said to take the chewables, chewable multivitamins and fish oil, and that’s all he takes daily. He’s 70 years old and looks and acts 50.
