I think I ****ed up. I inject 1ml test e 250 this just like a minute ago. I didn't aspirate the needle and when I pulled it out. Blood came out (****) how big of a problem is this? I feel fine now, but should I concerned here?

You’re fine... I get blood 1/5 pins or so. As long as it stops bleeding you’re cool.

Yeah it stopped. it initially ran down my leg and like a drop got on the floor, but after I wiped it off it completely stopped. Thanks man.

Also, no need to aspirate, do it if you want but they dont even teach new nurses to aspirate. It's not even mentioned on the textbooks anymore.

I had a few runners too. First one always scares the poop out of you. Wait until you get a geyser. I sprayed 2 good squirts of blood about 4' across bathroom during a quad pin.

I always aspirate; takes 2 seconds, big deal. In 100's of pins, I only got blood back in the syringe once.
