Hello to all,my name is Tommy and I'm 35. I am a tree trimmer and i occasionally help build houses.my whole life I've been stong,well meaning my will and determination.i am feeling changes in my body and I'm looking for answers.i worked out 6 days a week for an hour each time.i do wanna get stronger and bigger,right now I'm at 195 at 6 ft.i don't do it to really look good but more so for my lively hood.anyway I hope for the best and hope to hear from everyone.many thanks.and just remember if the world is bringing ya down put on some PanterA and give it right back.lol
