R.I.C.E. for the first 3 days with Aleve. Heat is a tough call but you should be good after day 4 if you did the R.I.C.E.
As for continuing the cycle, that depends on what you were after. Where you planning on competing by chance? What to elaborate on the "Under the calf" part? Just curious, how did you do this?
Oh, and fuuk the peptides. I don't think they help.
sorry on late reply, well i was working on lights and sounds for a stage and a part of stage fell behind me and cut my leg open, it like tore it wide open, doctors said that they barely were able to stretch the skin to fix it.
and yeah i was planing to compete in powerlifting meet in 20 weeks, but now it is all questionable .
