    I gotta ask pumper, how old are you? Are you sure you need DNP and not a good diet and training routine?.

    I am 25 years old

    yes I think that I have been trying for some time to reach 80, I will soon take a break from 1-2 months but still feed myself healthy in time

    Because I think I generally drove my hormones and pretty much in cellar

    I go training 3 times a week - 1x legs - 2x upper body

    From time to time I do cardio on 1-2 days

    the problem is that I only with little calories decrease at 1300-1500, so I have to take a break soon I have my base turnover and so well against the wall driven on duration

    I used to lose 2400-2500 calories a day without any problems

    Therefore, I think that I will soon take a break in 16 days or so

    yes, I will also obey, you were right

    I'll increase the calories that I'm on the day then 2000-2200 so I do 5x the week strength training split that up then with splits

    will have more success in the long run

    I would be ****ing depressed if i had one day eating 1300 calories let alone long term

    yes wanted to test psmf diet

    but in the long term that's just nothing, maybe for 3-4 weeks max

    Although had refeeds and so always, but so few calories to eat and staying there is also difficult without appetite suppressants

    therefore will soon start up to 2000 for more sport and so install

    then I do not need any medications then I make the anabolic diet because then I'm always well fed

    All the money you save from drugs you should invest in a good nutritionist, I believe spongy is the man everyone seems to use on this board. A 12 week nutrition plan from him would prob cost less that your month drug supply and will 100% work better in your weight loss and relieving your depression

    Spongy is great but you HAVE to follow his diet to the T. It works but you need to be disciplined. He can’t do that part for you.
