hi. new to thread. just wanted to intro myself. I'm getting a bit old, but just started lifting again a couple months ago after a 6 yr layoff do to an elbow tendon injury. been lifting since I was 16 other than that. nice to get pumped up again and watch myself grow again. didn't realize how weak I became till I started lifting again. felt pretty pathetic. looking forward to learning some new stuff. learned most of what I know from mags and books. well, thanks for all the usefull info here.
