small bumps and sometimes pimples from home brew?

Hi, I have a question about the home brews, I've been injecting it for a while now, not bothered by anything but I notice that I get small bumps and sometimes pimples. my diet is in order, so I think it's because of the products i make. anyone any idea what it can be or have the same problems?
Please some advice to fix the pimpel brew problem
