Hello everyone. I found this forum while searching on the internet for things and I enjoyed/learned from the several posts I read through. I'm prior service and am now going to school full time. I love the gym, and have been lifting weights for a little over a decade. I always watch what I eat, but I have never really nailed my nutrition down as far as timing and portions (the difficult stuff) so that is one of the things I am really interested in learning about here and in general. I look forward to learning more and hopefully making some friends here. Thanks!
