Hello everyone. I found this forum while searching on the internet for things and I enjoyed/learned from the several posts I read through. I'm prior service and am now going to school full time. I love the gym, and have been lifting weights for a little over a decade. I always watch what I eat, but I have never really nailed my nutrition down as far as timing and portions (the difficult stuff) so that is one of the things I am really interested in learning about here and in general. I look forward to learning more and hopefully making some friends here. Thanks!

Welcome....sounds like you want to get the food correct for your goal....and of course that's majorly important..unless you just want to be strong..lol:)

Welcome to the forum. It would be wise to spend some time in the diet and nutrition section and really learn how to dial it all in. Its overwhelming at first, but after a while it actually becomes easy...
