Does anyone squat every workout? I was watching some youtube vids last night in bed and there where a few bodybuilders that where doing this. Not forever just for a certain amount of time. What benefit would you get from this if any? Would it not damage your knees? I have done squats MWF with friday being my full leg day and my legs grew quite well I did this for a month. Just looking for opinions guys
