Im getting gyno symptoms

Hi guys.

I’ve been taking 40MG a day of DBOL for a week now and Started an AI of .5MG ADEX EOD but my nipples feel stingy (not really itchy) and I feel like they’re a bit bigger than usual (they’re usually extremely small). Also when I squeeze under them (the skin area not the actual nipple) I feel little lumps but I’m not sure if they were there before my cycle cause never usually felt my nipples.

shall I continue with .5 ADEX or shall I add 20MG Nolva in a day too until it gets better or shall I continue Nolva throughout the cycle.

Please give your opinions on -
How much / How often i should have my ADEX
How much NOLVA to add
How often to take the nolva and for how long.

When did you start the AI? When you started the dbol or just recently?

About 3 days into the DBOL mate.

I may just be paranoid but better to be safe than sorry!

I also have little bumps on the skin of my nipple - I know that’s normal but I feel there’s more than usual.

Do you think 20MG NOLVA ED and .5 ADEX eod is enough to help it?

No experience with nolvadex but i think that may be what you need....there will be someone come along soon and give you some more sound advice...have any pics you can post they may help.

Everybody thinks they're getting gyno on their first cycle. Most are not. Stop playing with your nipples. Seriously.

If it does turn out to be gyno then I believe nolvadex would help.

Chances you have gyno after 3 days are very low.

Dbol blows my nipples up! if they are lumpy & very sore. 20mg/day Nolva will help.

Have you thought about lowering your dosage, 20mg or 30 mg of D-bol should work just fine.
It's a much simpler and cheaper option than increasing anti estrogens.

I know when I take 50 mg of Dianabol I felt like shit, I think I told you this before or maybe it was some other new guy idk.

Start at 20mg ed like DF said, and run until you're done with the dbol

1. gyno after three days , slim chances. But if u paranoid u could add up dosages for your arimidex to 1g. If that doesn't help add nolva.
2. for your PCT I would recommend nolva + Chlomid not Nolva on it's own

This question matters!!! His ai needs will be much different running dbol only versus test and dbol.

I feel like mine are starting to blow up big time just a stingy ache kinda feeling.
So you think 20MG ED for the rest of my cycle? Got 5 weeks to go
also shall I keep taking .5 ADEX ED with the nolva?

Apparently the DBOl I am running is underdoesed so that’s why I’m on 40. Weight is going up nicely and don’t feel any other sides apart from the nipple stinging and tiny lumps underneath (not huge).
If I lowered the dose would that hinder progress as my body will already be used to 40?

will this effect my PCT when I use NOLVA only? Or will it still be an effective PCT even though my body will be getting it everyday during cycle?
