Welcome to UG! Already been said but Var will do you no good if your diet isn't on point. About the cardio... don't overdo that right away. Otherwise you won't really have any place to go once you plateau - and you will plateau at some point. Focus on your diet and get that spot on. With cardio, maybe do 20 minutes bike or elliptical before your workout and in about 4 weeks add 15 minutes stairmaster after your workout for now. And lift heavy! When you're ready for Var, Snake is spot on with the dose & length of cycle.
