    Thanks for the video, all my life my shoulder compensated for my weaker chest, shoulders grew tremendously but chest was lagging. Switched up with moderate machine and cAbles and try to use kind to mind to muscle connections which has helped a lot.

    isolate your chest more, pre-exhaust or use other methods before your compound movements.
