    Physique and Bodyfat Question

    Just throwing this out there to get feedback from people more knowledgeable than me. Ive always wondered what I couldve been had I gone the AAS route and wondered if I couldve been a high ranking athlete I guess. Im currently 35 years old. 5-10 and 231lbs. Arms are a hair over 18" and waist is about 33".



    Anybody have a guess on what my current bodyfat is and, in your honest opinion, had a gotten full blown into this in my early 20s, could I have been one of these 300lb freaks? I dont know enough about gear to know how it would affect me. Im completely natural except for 17 weeks of trt.

    Thanks for any input. Just something Ive always wondered about.

    Btw- cant flat bench anymore due to a shoulder issue but if I could, my max would be right around 400. Deadlift around 500 and dont know about squats. Shoulder issue prevents that too.

    I was guessing around 15 percent but never measured anything so had no real clue.

    I think you look great man..You would be a beast on some jewz..To get the really nice abs u need to do cardio everyday..

    I do a pile of cardio. In training and just day to day lifestyle. But I also eat whatever I feel like and dont count anything. Drink beer, smoke weed and binge eat, etc. i could really easily get abs if I was after a goal. I just live this lifestyle bc it's what I love.

    I appreciate it BB. I was really just wondering bc as much as Id love to know what I could be, I have no interest in weighing much more than I do.

    then u know what u have to do ..Clean up the diet make it perfect for 4 months..Then take a pic and compare it to the one u just took..Trt isnt natty a person can make excellent gains with just trt..I feel my best on trt heavy cycles make u feel like shit some times..Increase the weed smoke

    You cant tell much from that picture but my back is by far my best group. Legs are the worst bc I didnt work them much at a young age when I built my base but I think the amount of cardio I do is limiting their growth nowadays.

    People never think about how important it is to pound the weights and eat your ass off those first few years of training. Everything is built off that and mistakes maybe cant be corrected.

    Yeah, Im not interested in any of that at my age. Got other passions, hobbies, responsibilities, and a great wife and daughter. Just want to run my trt and maybe add a little here and there but Ill never cycle. I dont look down on any AAS users except the idiots, it's just not for me I think. I am very happy with what Ive acheived.

    What do mean could you been a high ranking athlete? Past is the past this might hurt but if you had a certain skill you would been a athlete
