How are y'all doing?

Little bit about myself. I am 24 weighing in at 185. Here are my stats:

335 squat
435 dead
275 bench

Current goal is to get down to 12% bf. Currently I'm at 25. It's a hard road and I'm grinding away slowing. With low test, I feel like it's harder, but I'm hoping to get there.

Any tips would be greatly appreciated!

How do you know you have low t?

Considering your height, weight and strength numbers I would be shocked if you were as high as 25% bf.

start another thread and post a pic if you’d like. We’ll give you a ballpark estimate.
