    Tbol dosing times

    So Iíve been doing a lot of research on dosing splits for Tbol. I see some people take their entire daily dose before the gym or split it so if they were taking 60mg a day they do 30 in an 30 in pm. Half life is about 16 hours but Iím just curious to see what works best for other people

    If it's a 16 hour HL then you should dose it twice a day.

    You aren't getting any additional benefit taking it preworkout

    I agree never noticed a difference taking it pre work out.

    2 hours b4 gym with a snack is what i did. 20 mg then The other 40 split into two other doses throughout the day.

    just take it in the AM, if you bump up the dose go 45am/45pm

    But even then, your not talking much, if any difference.
