How much instant oat powder per meal

As it is powder and i am drinking it and therefore it is fast digesting i want to know how much is too much per 1 meal, as my friend told me to be careful with drinking oats, because i will gain much fat doin it.

You should probably limit drinking oats in a shake to post wo.

    Otherwise eat regular oats.

50g pwo is good enough for me. Followed up an hour later with 100g-150g carbs from rice. I’m 250 though....

It entirely depends on your own caloric and macronutrient needs. How many carbs should you be eating per day? How many are you eating?
