Hi, stumbled across this forum while searching for some advice on nutrition and supplements, noticed quite a lot of interesting discussions going on so thought I'd join. Stepped in a gym 4 years ago at 6'2 281lbs. Realized after getting down to 210 I need to pack on some lean mass. Been fun & certainly a big life style change committing to a 5 day a week workout regiment. Look forward to many more years with continued learning experiences acquired from this forum. Thank you
