I lifted 5-6 days a week between 16 and 25, got distracted by life, school and my career and haven't lifted for three years. Looking to get back into it, this time with a little chemical help. At my peak I weighed 185 at 5'8 and had a 260 bench, 295 squat and a 495 deadlift. Now I'm at 180 and have a 225 bench, 225 squat and a 365 DL with a little bit of a struggle.

I used to practice as a prosecutor so if you have legal questions I may be able to help there. Currently practice mostly in a transactional or contract capacity. Going to follow Lincoln's advice til I get the gist of UG.

Better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak and to remove all doubt.

Cheers,
Bhima

Welcome to UGB! Listen to the Bros. Get back in the groove before considering a cycle. Ye'll be amazed at how much progress ye make without it.

Welcome aboard. Good advice at the end of your post but let me take it one step further. If you open your mouth and sound like a fool, no one will open theirs if you're big enough. :32 (17):
